Our mission is to help project teams untangle themselves and thrive with shared purpose, clarity, and commitment.

Who We Are

Neutral. We’re about the team.

Our teaming expertise, experience with institutional scale and tough problems, and ability to gain the trust and respect of multi-party project participants make us well suited for integration into operating platforms and project teams.

Who We Work With

We work with project teams of all types and seniority levels, with specialist expertise in the global rental housing industry.

Owners, developers, contractors, architects, property managers, and private/public stakeholders. If you have a team to coalesce around a clear objective, we will add value.

Why We Exist.

To generate accretive value.

To enable team candor. Less interpersonal fear, less silence. ——-‘What is going on here, really’

We exist to transform project teams’ capacity to collaborate, with measured accountability. We are here to help you adapt and do right by your project teams in volatile, uncertain environments.

Business reputations are built at the project team level. With resilience.

Project teams can’t do it alone. Task management often gets in the way of being our best human sometimes. Vested interests diminish our ability to feel, think, and see with clarity. Our career trajectory blinds us from our limitations and impact on team engagement. We all need a reality check. And a neutral outlet.

The Kathedral Platform exists to provide the neutrality, structure, and expertise required to enable teams to make next level change. And be the business partner of choice.
